Refund Policy
1. Non-Refundable Services
All services provided by U.S. Career Navigators are non-refundable. This includes all consultations, resume and cover letter reviews, U.S. Job Market Orientation sessions, interview preparation, and any other services offered. Once payment is processed and the service is scheduled, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
2. Service Delivery Commitment
We are committed to delivering all services as promised. In the case that you are not satisfied with the outcome or experience, we encourage you to contact us immediately to discuss any concerns. We will make every effort to address your feedback and offer further assistance or clarification, but refunds will not be provided.
3. Exceptions for Declined Services
U.S. Career Navigators reserves the right to refuse or decline service at our sole discretion. If we decide not to proceed with a service after a booking has been made, a full refund will be issued promptly.
4. Missed Appointments and No-Shows
If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment or consultation without prior notice or rescheduling, the service will be considered forfeited. In such cases, no refund or credit will be provided. We encourage you to notify us in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
5. Rescheduling Policy
While we do not offer refunds for booked services, you may be able to reschedule your appointment (depending on availability). Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. If the rescheduling request is made in less than 24 hours, the service will be considered forfeited.
6. Refund Process
In the rare case of a refund being applicable (as outlined in the Refund Policy), we will process the refund within 3 business days. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment.
Virtual Meetings and Recording
1. Recording of Virtual Meetings
To ensure accuracy, improve service quality, and protect both the client and U.S. Career Navigators in case any complications or misunderstandings arise, all virtual meetings conducted as part of our services will be recorded. The recordings are solely for internal use and will not be shared outside of our team without prior written consent from the client unless required by law.

• Help improve the quality of our services and provide better support in the future.
3. Client Consent
By booking a virtual appointment with U.S. Career Navigators, you acknowledge and consent to the recording of the meeting. If you do not wish for the session to be recorded, please notify us before your appointment. While we may be able to offer alternatives, it is important to note that the default practice for all virtual meetings is to record them.
4. Confidentiality and Security of Recordings
We take your privacy seriously. All recordings are stored securely and are accessible only to authorized personnel within the company. We employ strict data protection measures to ensure that these recordings are not exposed to unauthorized third parties.
5. Access to Recordings
Clients will not have direct access to recorded sessions unless otherwise agreed upon. However, if the need arises (such as disputes or clarifications), clients may request a copy of the recording, and we will evaluate the request on a case-by-case basis.
6. Legal Compliance
Recordings will be kept in compliance with applicable laws and will only be shared or disclosed if required by law or court order.
