Booking Policy

1.Booking Process

When you choose a service with U.S. Career Navigators, you will have the opportunity to schedule a time slot based on our real-time calendar availability. This ensures that your appointment is personalized and aligned with your convenience, subject to the Company’s schedule.

All our services, including resumes, cover letters, interview coaching/prep materials, and career assessment materials, are entirely virtual and provided as PDF files.

If a customer requests a hard copy, they must pay upfront for the exact cost of printing and USPS postage. Customers will receive a receipt, and UCN will not charge any additional fees—only the direct costs of printing and shipping based on the customer’s needs.

2. Per Service Scheduling

For example:
• U.S. Job Market Orientation: Includes one 30-minute virtual session as part of the package.
• Resume & Cover Letter Support: Scheduling is based on review and feedback timelines provided during booking.
• Interview Preparation and Cultural Fit: Individual sessions are booked for practice interviews and strategy discussions.
You will be provided with a confirmation email containing all details of the scheduled appointment.

3. Rescheduling Requests

While cancellations are not permitted, rescheduling may be accommodated under specific circumstances, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the original appointment.

4. No-Show Policy
